The Salzburg hut

at the Kitzsteinhorn

The Salzburger Hütte is located on the Kitzsteinhorn at an altitude of 1879 m, in the midst of a wonderful alpine landscape, with magnificent views of the surrounding 3000-meter peaks and the Salzach valley around Lake Zell.

The hut is small and cozy and offers places to eat and drink in a cozy Stüberl or on our large sun terrace. We also have overnight accommodation in 2 mattress camps for about 20 people.

We have the hut open from the beginning/middle of June until the end of September, depending on the weather, and would be very happy to welcome you!

We will have the hut open again from summer 2025 and look forward to your visit!
